The Lotus Pad is shared housing located on 2825 NE Douglas Avenue, Roseburg that provides affordable, low-barrier housing for young adults aged 18-22 and crisis services for youth up to 24.

DomeSpe is Douglas County’s Transitional Living Program, a multiphase service that aims to supports young adults ages 18–24 who lack stable housing or support systems at no cost to residents for up to 18 months.
The transitional living program provides participants with the skills necessary to successfully transition into the community. The program is centered on personal responsibility, meaning that what you gain from the program depends on what you put into it.

Operated by Peace at Home Advocacy Center, The Lotus Pad Affordable Housing Program is intended for 18–22-year-olds. This program is designed to support young adults’ to provide affordable, low-barrier housing and address their barriers to securing permanent housing by offering up to 12 months of housing.
Criteria #1: The Lotus Pad housing program will give preference to applicants experiencing one or more of the following:
Current homeless (i.e. couch surfing, living in a car, staying in shelter, sleeping on the street) or, at risk of homelessness.
Intimate partner violence, dating violence, family violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking.
Aging out of foster care.
Criteria #2: Preference is given to applicants 18-22 years of age. Applicants may reside in the program until age 24. Applicants under the age of 18 who have been emancipated will be considered.
Rent (includes the following utilities water, sewer, gas, electric):
$550/ 1-bedroom
$780/ 2-bedroom
$895/ 3-bedroom
Security Deposit: 1.5 times the rent (i.e. 1-bedroom = $825)
Occupancy Standards – How may people can live in the apartment?
2-bedroom unit = shared with 2-4 people
3-bedroom unit = shared with 3-6 people
This property prohibits pets.
